I say we go by RP here, and let the people who took the crashed ship do what they want with it.

I understand the theft of kiwiships for the purpose of grief is unfair, but for the purpose of RP, theft alone should be legalized. The destruction of ships within RP makes perfect sense too, but the grief rules would apply like any building I guess (break even menial blocks and you're banned forever).

If you aren't willing to lose a ship [much the same as diamond armor], don't bother flying it into enemy territory.
