Temp. 1.3 lag fix (Might not work)

This fix created extreme lag for me. I dropped from 40FPS(With Optifine and everything turned down to minimum), to 9FPS (With the Technic Launcher). I suspect it has something to do with the components of your computer, most likely the graphic card. My craptop runs an Intel Family 4 Integrated Chipset Video Card, so this fix might not work for people with that as well.
