The one I included in the original build is the HX650, not the CX600. The HX650 is in corsair's professional series and is modular. The CX series is kinda the budget version.

Still, a 600W is not far from a 500W. I wouldn't recommend running two graphics cards on a 600W psu more than I would a 500W. I don't really see the point of that upgrade. If you want budget, a 500W is good enough. If you wan't future proof and wider upgrade options, you might want to consider something like a HX850, which is way out of the price class.
