War's a big problem basically because you can't match the needs of everyone....
who said it was supposed to be fair?
The biggest problem right now is griefing and, for cerce, where one fights.
This is me supporting matam's idea, but your "battleground stadium" could be the town itself.
I think it's more of like a restricted boundary for battle, so that people can't run off and hide.
