If the server becomes a 'new' server, I don't see why not. If RP rules are being lifted I don't see why they could not join. Just like the RP server - the banlist shouldn't carry over.

Well, I think the ban list should carry over mostly, but only mostly. There were a lot of people who were banned for a very definite reason, but I do agree that most, if not all, of the very debatable bans should be undone.

There will be one 2.0 server with no rp rules, and one heavy rp with text fighting only.

Not true. I do know that there WILL be some pvp on the rp server, but don't expect it often.
