RE: Lockpicks
My suggestion is to disallow iron as a lock pick all together. it's far to common and you can make tons of iron hoes very easily. gold and diamond are more valuable also prompting the person to think it through a bit more.

RE: Lockpicks
And lower the chance rate a lot. Seeing as the only use of the locks right now is if you get lucky and someone stumbles upon your base without an hoe, delaying them until they go get one.

RE: Lockpicks
I think iron is fine for picks, gold/diamonds make thieving nearly impossible for poor players to profitably thieve, it means by the time they can afford thievery it's no longer necessary. It think that decreasing the probability of iron picks and increasing the time means that players who use iron might have a very large number if picks but it will take an extremely long time to pick a lock with them. Not only are they likely to get bored but also to get caught since locks can only be picked when a player is online. Another option would be to add a "master lock" that costs more but cannot be picked by iron.

RE: Lockpicks
A whole lot of people seem to forget that locks protect your chests while you're offline, which is their core feature. However, we have decided that iron picks have to be nerfed.

RE: Lockpicks
I forgot about that XD. You're right Yottabyte.
And also, I have a question. In the future will there be any way to let more than one person open a chest that has a lock on it? For example, Me and Gecko live together. We have a chest we wan't locked with goods that we both use, but we can't due to the other having to pick the lock if he wanted in.

We already talked to Droid about this and I thought just a simple permission command like "open chest, close it then /lock add Crashlander04, then /lock add Skote11, or /lock remove Skote11 or Crashlander04"
Also how long after you log off are they protected?

RE: Lockpicks
Also i was thinking, Could you make it so you are able to set certain people to be able to assess your locked chest,
So say i made a locked chest and i wanted yotta to open it there would be a plugin like /lock allow Yottabye or something so he can also open the chest.
