RE: [RULES] Nations + Towns.
Well, under Cerantian law, you could be in my city but not a Cerantian - you just can't join the military or vote on anything outside your city. I don't understand why you can't have property in two nations; people IRL do it all the time.

I'd say we have a mutual agreement Cerce. If Certantia ever becomes a nation officially, I would love to allow a 'vacation home' be built there.

As would I droid, cerce is a good friend and I feel that his nation would end up being quite nice and just as far as laws go. Also, you are a friend as well, and I hope to do well in your nation. Oh, and 30 person cap? Really? What happens when people need protection and one nation stands between them and vikings, or something worse?

I think the cap is meant to prevent the vikings from getting too strong, not the rest of the nations from getting too weak.

Ooooooh we are feared and such. I don't mind the cap, we have strong enough people.

Wow... first off no religious talk. only starts flamewars - as does it in reallife... jews vs. isreal.
Second off, the cap is meant for all nations to be around the same size we do not want 100 people fighting 23.
This cap will be raised once there is a good amount of nations (preferably 4-5) once there is enough people to add people into these nations we can raise the cap to 40-50-60-70-80-90-100.
Perma cap at 100 (I'm thinking nothing final haven't even said anything to bossman)

RE: [RULES] Nations + Towns.
Just wondering about things such as underground or underwater cities i'm imagining these wouldn't be allowed but it would be cool to have atlantis (just an idea lol) or an underground civilization if this is to unrealistic i completely understand

About can't having land in eachothers nation. I don't care if you allow it, but everyone who builds in Venetia has to be a citizen!

Of course. That would be an example of the laws the towns can decide within the Nation of Helvanthar. When I said he could, I was referring to the capital, Bludholm, specifically.
