Wars also happen every day that the mods approve of, but "nations" dont exist either, so im pretty sure they do seth.

Yes, within the walls of the town is the area they have claimed as their own property.

They permitted Andreco to build a house on a plot within their town, and was later evicted.

The plot was taken reclaimed, to be used however the town owners wished - which in this case meant tearing the house down.

They dont have to be seth, but most wars (like the one going on now) are between multiple nations
