Major grief of Kiwiship by asdf and seth.

Stealing KiwiShips, in all respects, is illegal.

In the beginning I told asdf to give the ship back and bvc that he could go retrieve it from them and I would help. Apparently, yotta said the same. Afterwards when I was going to help him, asdf tells me that yotta said they could keep it. Upon further discussion with yotta, we found that some time ago we were thinking about what one would do if another player's KiwiShip was stuck in their town and territory, I believe we decided that it would be owned by the town.

This of course brings many many more problems forward, and I'm sorry for the miscommunication, but as it seems, yotta is allowing them to keep it.

Android although i agree, it you crash it in their town, you loose t. But that was never really made a rule, leaving this confusion. They obviously don't want the ship as they crashed it, burnt it, and destroyed it. Since it was never an official rule, I say give it back, and then change the rules so this is more clear to others. If it was never in the rules, how was he to know?

That's what I told bvc in a PM, he can confirm. Only thing was that yotta told asdf it was fine when I was telling bvc he could get it back.

Seems like this was a bad miscommunication in the staff tbh.

Here's what I think happened:

- Droid says the ship can be returned as it was a mistake
- Because of previous conversations within the staff, I assume that the ship is now property of the town.
- The rules state nothing about this though, so I figure the ship should be returned this time, and then we'll change the rules afterwards.
- I tell Droid about my decision
- ?? (Perhaps asdf bribes droid)
- Android now claims the ship as property of New Phalinx.
