RE: Let's talk Ender Chests
I don't really see the point of the offline hacking, I mean, you're offline and all, means that you can't play at that moment. So i find it a bit unfair.

RE: Let's talk Ender Chests
I say leave them how they are. I know this is supposed to be RP and all, but its also still minecraft. There's a lot of elements in minecraft that keep it RP, and this way Sponsors still get their space, plus a bonus space, (like having a doublechest) and everyone else has their own chest to keep their valuables in, making it much much more fair for the average player. I mean really, half the server is already Sponsors so why not let normal folks have it? If anything ANY donor of any kind should be able to place them, that way you know they are alteast dedicated to the server. I mean, RP wise these chests are suppost to be only openable to YOUR character, so essentially I'd think it uses some magic to detect who is opening the chest and then open if its the right person. If not, then you can't get in, it wont budge.

RE: Let's talk Ender Chests
I don't really like putting a price on something that should otherwise be included, though, taking into consideration Mystia's response, I feel it'd be best to give the function of enderchests to Sponsors while replacing their innroom chest with an enderchest.
Another option would be to give it to all donors, and allow Sponsor's to keep their normal chest at the inn for two unpickable chests. For all others the chest may say "An unbreakable enchanted lock is present," until they've gained a donor rank.
I'm afraid the positive feedback won't be prevalent if we went this route, but the enderchest is indeed OP after we've been offering protected chests to Sponsors only.

RE: Let's talk Ender Chests
Replacing the chests in the Inn with Ender Chests would render the Inn rooms completely unnecessary, might as well access the chest from anywhere else.

RE: Let's talk Ender Chests
honestly i think you should leave them vanilla that way you could send letters/books to EVERYONE ig not over the forums.
Have it as a public mailbox. If you can restrict items in the chests, i would to maps and books.

I'm not sure if you know how Ender Chests work

Then the other option would be viable. I only suggested replacing the Inn chest with an enderchest in case we only wanted Sponsors to have one protected chest like they do currently.

RE: Let's talk Ender Chests
I like the second option there. Seriously, a huge percent of the server has already donated, so I dont there there would be too much of an issue with this. Even normal players have their own chests it's impossible to get into. (keeping a chest under the floor of a house with town protection)

I say just disable them somehow - make them impossible to use properly.
