The description of that video stated something like "getting rid of derpy is hypocritical because it'd be prejudice against people with mental illnesses" as a counter argument. Although I respect that you bronies like the pony due to its character, if there's s chance that it could be percieved as a way to make fun of these people, it should be avoided

Of course you may say she has no connection to these unfortunate people, but if someone were to take offense, you're going to have a hard time changing their mind.
