RE: Vote of Non-Confidence
That was gecko's idea - for any other staff member to be given credit for accepting his idea is idiotic.

RE: Vote of Non-Confidence
This is silly, you all need to make decisions and stick with them. I swear one person says "wait I change my mind" and 3 others go to join them. Same could be said for the start of this thread. As much as I would vote yes, stop being sheep and just voting yes because everyone else did.
I'm not sure if gecko's idea has been implemented, but just because the idea has been accepted doesn't mean anything will happen for awhile. I could be wrong about that though.
Also yotta why not just make a separate title for yourself such as "server operator" and then promote someone else to admin. That way everyone asking for some changes in leadership gets what they want, you don't have the task of administrating and can focus on the server itself, and you still retain control of the server.

RE: Vote of Non-Confidence
I can't say I know where such accusations and wishes are coming from, especially after such a productive community meeting and the subsequent result being the work towards gecko's plans of action. If anything, I feel I've been much more accepting of change now than I have been in the past, so depending on where these rumors concerning me 'vetoing' and prohibiting change come from, I'm not entirely sure they can be called upon as legitimate.
That said, yotta does plenty of work and on the slow days, I am usually the one to get things going, as Cerce so kindly mentioned.
I hope I can change the mind of those who voted 'yes' and confirm the faith those who voted 'no' have in me. If the way I'm doing things is wrong, know that I am apt to change.

I never changed my mind, I never voted in the first place because I always felt like how Idie and Drew feel now.

RE: Vote of Non-Confidence
@ Cellular
I knew someone would say that, but it is to my understanding that taking in what the community wants and putting the first few steps into action surely can be productive. I personally hope that it turns out as such.

I'm not saying that taking the communities input is not productive, is the exact opposite of it. But as for the community meeting, nothing was reached except for the idea of a "Poll". Any and all ideas posted in said poll that you put up, were discussed between You, Cerce, Gecko, and I.
