It's really not that hard, as I said.
What if you're sneaking up on them? Very few assassinations include the killer speaking to the target, especially of the target has a sword as well.

He can't hit you. He needs a reason for that first, that means you can easily speak to him before he can kill you.

Or, if you have a justification for the killing that is known to the target, potentially through previous scuffles, I think theirs no problem. Correct me if I'm wrong
