I fully accept your words that the ships were untethered or you wouldn't have been able to take them legally. And kyga is right that untethering isn't a bannable offense. You just lose your license.

I find it funny that in all of this, the Novans are looking for peace, and originally was looking for peace. They could have sought peace a long time ago, but now they have basically brought the whole of the server into this war. That doesn't sound like "looking for peace" to me. It sounds more like you guys are looking for hate. I suggest to you, like I did earlier, you just end it before it gets any worse, because it will get worse if this keeps up. Seriously..

Acutely, They broke the tether on my ship Lenera. I had a cobble column from ground up to it, when I came on it was completely gone so I dont even know what blocks it was placed on.

You had three blocks of cobble, one end attached to your ship, one end attached to the grass. That does not work as a tether.
