There is no need for this. Proposing a bill is supposed to be a serious matter.

Also, Android, if you would please, can we get an end date for voting on this bill? As it seems it could drag on forever with those changing their minds, just realizing its here, etc. Entirely up to you, though.

Bill still receives a veto from me. While it is important to maintain the wealth of the nation, it is more important to support the serverwide economy.
