Bill 21 - Commerce Confidentiality Act
I propose that we apply to the adminship of the forum to privatize the House of Commerce sub-forum. This would help keep war and militarization bills, and strategic and potentially advantages ideas from of foreign eyes. As well, it would help to remove the interference of third-party, non-Helvanthian statements, as well as leave the debating and discussion to the Commerce Members, as they were elected to do.

I propose that the sub-forum be made exclusive to House of Commerce Members, or if absolutely necessary, the public of Helvanthar.
It must be noted that the opinions of all civilians would still be acknowledged through their elected Commerce Member, and that the bills will still be revealed to them once they are passed and put in the legislature of Helvanthar.

Please consider my proposal fairly, and without personal contempt against my own.

Exclusivity does not seem like the best option here. We can communicate in-game or via PM if we really need privacy, but I think it is good for the players of Kiwike to be able to see the doings of Helvanthar.

I'd say it'd be best for us to restrict this sub forum to the public of Helvanthar, though it may be some work on my part.

I would say that, but then it'd be much to easy for information to be fed outside of the nation. Besides, all civilians can talk to their elected member for information right?

Well, yes, but that makes them feel vastly inferior. Any House of Commerce representative could just as easily leak information as anyone else in the nation. I say we restrict it to nation members.

I'd say restrict this solely to members of the nation

RE: Bill 21 - Commerce Confidentiality Act
The House of Commerce doesn't really talk about things that could wreck the nation if leaked. So a spy wouldn't really be too much of a problem.

If it wont be a problem if non Helvans know what is happening on the forum, what is the point in ever having the restriction.. WaitAMinute
