Minecraft name: Archprince and Funnycop
Reason you got banned: removing 3-4 blocks (from Azure)
Why do you deserve a second chance?: That's some pretty messed up stuff. 1 week for 3-4 blocks (3 blocks 1 water block). just my 2 cents kthnxbai

Oh yeah neither of them can access their fourm accounts I think soooo pretty jank...

they got banned for 1 week for 4 blocks? that is minor grief, if grief at all...

It's excessive by itself, but even more judging that 1 of them had no history. 3.5 days per block is just nuts. I talked to FunnyCop, and he doesn't even remember the incidednt, but he agreed to fix the damage Troll

This incident makes me lose all faith in our moderating staff. I really hope this can be fixed.

Not only was the damage trivial and negligible, but was to an area that had already been stripped of valuable ore blocks and was raided greatly. It has been stated multiple times that changing minimal blocks in a raid on unprotected land is permitted as long as no damage that interferes with another player's gameplay occurs.

By this logic, anybody who has ever broken a block anywhere they didn't build is a griefer and deserves one day temp ban per each block.

In comparison, jasper9393 was banned for minor grief for the length of 1 day also by partyars. You don't get much more minor than a few menial blocks - yet they were still banned for 2 week each.

Pavja, our very own mod has even dug holes (gasp) in houses and basements to find chests, many of which haven't been repaired or filled - meanwhile he has not been banned in the slightest.

Asdf, just the other day, all but ruined my bedroom in my house - even admitted to it - and partyars did not ban him.

With these three precedents it is outright unbelievable that these 2 be banned for such irrelevant block damage.
Seriously, a creeper could have done more damage than this.

Funnycop never even deserved to be unbanned in the first place. He completely wrecked my Kiwiship, breaking absolutely everything in what seemed to be just to piss me off. We gave him a second chance, and he messed that one up too. The fact that he's been banned for a legitimate reason a third time proves that he should be permabanned.

Edit: Shortened down to 4 days each, the amount of destroyed blocks divided by 2.

Yes the kiwi-ship grief was unacceptable BUT he served his time. Nuff said.
