Honestly. The percent is at 99%. We are currently locked in discussion over whether we are waiting for new level generation or not.

Waiting, and we get a better world. However, there is still some time until the new level generation is released.

I'd say put another temp server up with the new rules, plugins, and etc. to give the public (AND ME :D) a taste of what is to come, but hold off on updating the main server until the next map generation update.

For an example - how exactly does the spacing between towns within a nation work? Can you have multiple leaders of a nation? (like nation assistants in towny except with the same title?)
