Let's discuss RFW teams and player ratings

Since people think the RFW teams are often unfair, let's discuss all that in here.

Have Hoiafar make the teams with his fancy number calculations from now on?

The problem with ELO is that you need to gather data before it works properly. Which means that you will jump up and down a lot in the ranking list at the start. So don't expect it to work perfectly.

Here's a spreadsheet I put together from the 5th,4th and 3rd RFW. I'm not 100% if I got the teams right at all times though, but it gives you an idea
