Shops.
I was wondering if it would be possible for 2 or more people to share a shop..
Something like this maybe:
Sign:
first line: #group_name <--- This would come instead of a name, If you want to make a group that is.
The group could be created with a command, like thus:
/group create (group_name)
/group (group_name) invite (player_name)
And then the rest of the sign would just be as it is normally..

And the money, witch you get from the shop, would be split up equally to all the members of said group.
this feature would be very useful for people that want to have a shop together. because like the system is now only one guy can add things to the shop.

RE: Shops.
We don't need a system for this. Make shops with people you trust and share the profit and items equally. Can't be very hard.

Yeah, that's what guthrie and I did back in Halren. We made a weapon shop and then at the end of each week we split our money, worked out really well to c:

i know. but, I cant add things to my friends chest.
I run a shop with villinn2 and I can't add things to his chest's and we are already splitting the money manually.. im just saying that it's an good idea.

I have seen this on another server and it works very well.
Mod Edit: You're right, it doesn't matter what server you saw it on.

RE: Shops.
If that is the problem, why not just make two shops next to each other?

RE: Shops.
Are shops some kind of feature, or are they just ad-hoc?

We use ChestShop for shops. Someone should really write a wiki article about it.

Idk why everyone's shooting this idea down.. I think it's a good idea, I know a lot of people who would really benefit from this suggestion.

I got this. Don't need to take notes for business management anyways

RE: Shops.
Chest shops can pay out to groups in which multiple people have access to an account, like the town of bludwick. Perhaps shop owners could set up an iconomy account with their shop name and decide who has access.
