Smythie its not that you posted. Its that just coming into the thread and saying "You broke the rules, whats the problem?" Is quite arrogant. And gets this nowhere.

RE: Oranges44's Ban Appeal (2)
This thread is clearly very biased from multiple players. There are obviously two sides here, the people that want him banned, and those who do not. Those who do not, most likely are not being raided as heavily as the people who want him banned, or are not even being raided at all. I honestly think this restriction is fair, as a majority of the server also believes it is fair, looking through this thread. Giratina does raid constantly, and who blames him, that is what he does for fun. We are an RP server, and we need RP, but despite that raiding will continue. Like most, Giratina has been able to find RP reasons, though short, effective in some ways. My opinion, would be that, "Our towns are enemies", or "I don't like you guys", something like that in my opinion is an illegitimate reason. Even if you are enemies with a town, that does not mean you just go and say, "O.K. guys, we have some spare time so why don't we go raid the enemy." You don't see military officers say, "You know, those Egyptians are bad people, why don't we send a B-52 over and bomb the crap out of them." Yes, I know this is not real life but honestly, Giratina needs better reasoning. As good a PVP opponent as you are Giratina, if you want to raid and PVP, you're going to need some better reasons. The ban Giratina recieved of a week, I believe is fair. Yes, you can compare him to other griefers, but remember rule number 1.1) Moderators Are Always Right. Yes, as much as you may think they are wrong, they are here to help run the server, and that needs to be respected. Without them, you could have inflation with duplicaters, maybe get some griefers, etc. All of us need to remember that rule, and think back to it more often. Mods, Yotta, and Android made the restriction on Giratina and his raiding, so the punishment is up to them, they are the ones that decide how strictly they want it to be enforced, and how long the punishment. That's just my two cents.

It's a fact and the mods have a made a decision on it. I'm giving my input that the ban should stay that length how is it getting us nowhere?

It absolutely is not fair. Why has this ban inflated to make the severity sound as if he blew up somebody's home for fun. In a nutshell he was preparing to embark on a raid and was assaulted, as a result he fought back. Simple as that, the ban shouldn't even be a fraction of what it is. I can understand why you would say the ban time is appropriate however. Counting that you are perma banned, 1 week seems like and hour to you, quite biased...

I haven't been banned and I think it was fair. He requested permission to raid, permission was denied, he still went into bowser's town. Bowser logged, gira is a known raider, bowser possibly hit him first, gira kills him. Permission was not granted to gira he should not have been there. 1 week. Thank You and goodnight.

Permission was never denied, It was simply pending, and he was waiting patiently for the green light. He shouldn't even need to get permission in the first place, counting that others can raid us under the radar day and night. We need to tell the world we are coming to raid, and can only raid when the mods are 1. online and 2. In a good mood.

Connor you're simply mad that you got so angry from my raids that you duped blocks to attempt to defend yourself and as a result you are banned. Good fight sir.

I'm going to go with yotta on this though. You guys are trying to make the server your own little pvp fest which is the exact opposite of what we want. We're going for rp with some pvp thrown in on the side. You're going for pvp with rp thrown in on the side. now can we stop arguing about this and let yotta work on not towny so the second age can happen eventually?

That doesn't mean you need to ban him for unreasonable amounts of time. Im pretty sure Oranges agrees with me, but I'm here for RP and the great community.

My response was unbiased. I did not say which side I am picking. Also, your ban is fair because Yotta, Droid, and the mods made your restriction, giving them the power to decide how strictly to enforce it, and how long the punishment shall be. Dont forget rule 1.1) Moderators Are Always Right

Permission was never granted either, lets not forget that
