Ban Appeal - Guthrie0

Sorry for not using the proper format, I couldn't find the template...

So I was banned for breaking an iron fence.
The story: I was swimming around, and wanted to get out of some town. I broke the gate temporarily to get out, but one of the iron fence drops fell into the water and underneath the gate. I was 1,000s of blocks from home, and couldn't replace it in any conceivable way.

While I realize that I (accidentally) grieved, I just want to say I apologize for that. I had absolutely no malicious intent doing that, it was just an honest fluke. If it was possible, I would have patched the whole up completely, but it just wasn't possible. I was hoping to catch the drop, but I didn't.

May I ask for my ban to be lifted?

My ban is over, yeah. But I still want it off my record ;_;

I actually just noticed I was banned when they told me on my "I'm Back" thread... But really, I just hate having this record :S

I'm with him here, even though it's not a long ban and it's already over, I wouldn't want to have it on my "permanent record" either as that sort of thing is probably taken into account during subsequent bans.

I'll give character witness. Guthrie is an excellent RPer of a 'villain' type, not an easy thing to do. I've had interactions with him and it wasn't a token bit of text followed by a PvP play session, it was well thought out and acted IC. He adds a lot of value to Kiwike, we need more like him.

I do agree that it was a rather valuable block, and if it wasn't already rolled back, I'll send the owner of the gate an iron bar block via postbox.
