By default, all town residents can build within the town. You can also give permission to any specific player within the nation to build in the town if you want them to.

Plots don't have to be linear. We'll continue with that trend

First of all, I'd like to thank the team on all of this hard work and by taking time out of "Day Z" to continue Territories. The flexibility of this custom plugin exceeds a hundredfold that of towny or factions, making it easier to use, yet with more complexion. [Even better for roleplay!] Such a small thing as this has motivated me to continue playing Kiwike on a regular basis.

It is REALLY confusing at first but once you've done it once it's not hard.

I'd also like a List of commands for territories on the wiki (LEECH).
