Exactly. If he had taken a more mature approach to dealing with the ban originally, the answer might have been different.
I understand a fourm ban because I actually did something wrong on the fourms. But how do my actions on the fourm correlate to the actual game. I though the fourms and Minecraft were seperate aside from the white listing(Cause of ya know the the Roleplaying). Please tell me how a fourm related ban would transfer over to my minecraft account.
It's pretty reflective of your personality. However, I will sleep on it tonight and come out with a decision in the morning, as I am extremely tired at the moment. This is also a very difficult decision to make.

Indeed it is reflective of his personality. In essence, you instead of reporting anything and instead of appealing from the beginning for an unfair ban played along with the others that were banned and made an ass out of yourself. It tells me that you're definitely not ready to play on a server with other people, nor are you deserving.

In all honesty, judgement based on personality is possibly the most hypocritical basis possible - you can pull flaws from anybody's personality.

Chipmonk I believe that, when you posted that message, you knew full well that you were screwing over any chances of getting unbanned. If you did nothing wrong, then why do that to yourself? Your actions were stupid, and that indicates that you'll likely do stupid things again.

Sure it may be a reflection of my personality but think of it this way, is anyone 100% mature 100% of the time? I don't think it's fair that I am being judged for a few seconds of spamming on the fourms rather than the few months I played on the server. Have I ever caused trouble before any of this? Just something to think about.
Edit: I couldn't appeal my ban from when it happened because my account was banned for a few months. I thought it was only fair that I should wait out my my ban and then appeal. Also because the reason I got banned would've most likely been calmed down after a while and people wouldn't hate me as much.

You are also being judged for not reporting the planned grief, which, although not a rule, shows very poorly on your character. Outside of Minecraft, if a person is planning on committing vandalism, and you didn't report it, that is a punishable offense. The same should apply here. And, if you wanted to truly make your case, you should have appealed when it happened, not months later

Leech,
I did not report the ban because, it's not in the rules that if I see a greif happening I have to report it. There were also no mods on at the time.
I'm not sure if you're aware of this but Minecraft is a game. So of course I'm going to take it a little bit less seriously than life.(might be hurting my chances here but it's true)
As for the appeal, like I said above, I thought it was only fair that I was banned for my immature comment. So I waited out the ban then posted my appeal. This gave people time to cool down and to think about things. If I where to come on here the day after it happened i surely would have been taken for a joke and would not have been taken seriously, them most likely this entire thread would be a flame war. I'm not here for that I'm here to just get a simple answer.

It's not in the rules because it's common sense. If someone is intended to break a rule, it would be in the best interest of everyone for everyone if you had reported it, rather than seeming to endorse the action.I find it hard to believe that the resources for this were just lying around, and I highly doubt that you didn't see a mod during the planning of the grief. And, I was making the real life comparison because of my belief that a part of the rules should follow the precedent set by the legal system. And, finally, you still have yourself to blame about your appeal, if you wanted to appeal, you shouldn't have done something as stupid as posting that

It's really not common sense, your basing your argument on opinion, not fact. I'm not here to argue so this is the end of this conversation.

I'm sorry, I thought you were here to make your point as to why you should be unbanned. Which would involve arguing your point
