Sadly I don't think such a place exists
A place where you'd actually be able to gain the credentials to do what that university says it will prepare you for would actually need to be a very academically challenging and serious atmosphere for you to be able to complete the vast amount of work you'd be required to finish to actually graduate.
It seems to me like this "university" is akin to the Academy of Arts University that is based in my city, San Francisco. It looks and quacks like a real University, but in reality it's a large for-profit organization that mainly does what it does to be able to own a vast amount of real estate and gain certain tax exemptions. It advertises all kinds of art programs and tries to attract young artists who want a formal art education, which San Francisco has many of. It's got dozens of campuses all around the Bay Area where I live, but it's really a pretty crappy school and doesn't "go all the way" and really care about it's students like most colleges/universities do. That tech school seems like this to me, all it seems to really do is kind of encourage creativity and thought and the classes seem to just goof around around instead of actually doing real technological work.
Wow I just wrote a lot.
