RE: RP rules violation
OI, nametags are part of the game. While you're not allowed to use them to identify players in character, you are certainly allowed to use them to find players.

RE: RP rules violation
Last time I checked I don't have a floating name tag above my head. Flying name tags = Not realistic. RP = supposed to be realistic.

RE: RP rules violation
Is it just me, or does it seem like the rules are starting to become tools?

It's been heading that way. For example "Mod!! this sob broke my window! Baaaaaaaaaaaaan."

Just for clarification:
I enjoy realistic roleplay. I support realistic roleplay. I have made rather large pushes for realistic roleplay...
But when was it stated that roleplay is supposed to be realistic?
Seriously... OK... Let's just run over some classic roleplays:
'Griefer Plague' roleplay of Bamboo - caused by griefers that broke contaminated wood brought in from foreign soil that then caused others to turn into griefers, and slowly ate away at Bamboo City. This contamination then lead on to the 'Epic Roleplays of Epicness' that have been recorded by Geckosquid, which entails him jumping off of cliffs into shallow water, teleporting back to Blackrock, becomming corrupted with pumpkins, and then having a massive showdown with me and Tristo and a few others.
'Greifer Plague 2.0' roleplay of Cerantiace - caused by Tristo 'remembering' that he is infected, and starting the plague again. I recall that Gecko went insane and bit off Tristo's leg, which was mechanical. Then Tristo split into two personalities, one physical and one spiritual. The marriage of Tristo and Saera brought him back to his old self, and cured him of the plague.
'Crypt of Nomanic Carver' roleplay of Cerantiace - caused by massive undead uprisings from underneath the city itself. A necromancer beyond time and space then infected DjFuzz, who tried to convince a number of other citizens to join him. They instead killed him.
Let's not forget boats that fly, stones that magically create red energy, and torches that never burn out.

RE: RP rules violation
I know, I know - that box of a castle was a horror on the eyes - but it was just as much of a horror when someone was attacking it. God, the amount of contingency plans I had. Tried putting a cannon on top of it all; but it just blew up the top half of the castle. Not pretty.
